Savvy Property Management is a full-service property management company that manages multi-family properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.  We have been in business since 1988.

Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to our owner clients and their tenants.  We respond quickly to owner concerns, building physical needs, and tenant inquiries and support.  Our building managers are trained through a comprehensive in-house training program and through third party professional property management training courses.  Our property management team has extensive experience, contractor and maintenance knowledge, and a genuine desire to attract and retain qualified tenants that feel safe and content in our managed buildings - the place they call home.
