Applying for an available apartment

There are three easy ways to apply for an available apartment unit:

1. Come to our management office and fill out the application, credit check, offer to rent, and receive the guarantor agreement.  You can call us at 510.845.7997 to make an appointment with our leasing manager.

2.  If you will be touring an available unit, bring your completed forms (available below) with you to the scheduled tour and give them to the leasing manager who will be showing the the unit.  Every apartment listing will say if there is a showing scheduled or you may call or email us directly to schedule a showing.

3.  Download the applicable forms below, print them out, fill them in, and fax them to us at 510.666.8348.  We will contact you immediately if the apartment can be offered to you..  Please be sure to fill out the forms completely. You may also follow up with a phone call.

*Please note, you will be asked to provide consent to a credit check as part of the application process. In order for your application to be considered, you need to fill out completely the Application Form and Credit Check Consent Form.  If you are a student with insufficient credit or have a low credit score, you will need to have a lease "guarantor" and that guarantor will need to fill out the Guarantor's Credit Check Consent Form and Guarantor Agreement.

In addition, we strongly recommend if you are keenly interested in a particular unit, to complete the Offer to Rent form since it will allow you to hold a unit until we have completed and approved your rental application.  The Offer to Rent allows you to reserve a particular unit immediately.

Upon signing the lease you will be asked to provide us with the first month's rent and security deposit in two seperate cashier's checks or money orders.
