Savvy Property Management Services and Fee Structure

Savvy Property Management can provide owners a complete "peace of mind" service.  We want you to trust our experience in managing and leasing rental properties and for you to sit back and relax.  We currently manage 10 properties containing 86 units.

We have professionally managed properties since 1988, equaling 18 years of management and operating experience.

We can provide the following services:

*Lease up and marketing
*Rental collection
*Preparation of rental lease agreement
*Regular property inspection reports
*Maintenance of property
*Full management with detailed financial statements and reports

Our Basic Fee Structure

1.  Find tenant:   5% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy or $500 minimum per unit.
2.  Find tenant and collect rent:  6% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy.
3.  Full management:  4% to 8% of the gross rental for the full term of the tenancy depending on the property size.
